A site preparation contract for site grading, storm sewer and water line. Grading operations took place after all turf was removed. The underlying asphalt was milled and recycled. A chevron design of under drains were installed over the entire playing field with trunk line around perimeter. An 8" water main was installed with six detachable nozzles for field irrigation. Fine grading was very controlled due to constant changing grades on playing field. The finished product was same as PGA greens with 1/8" tolerance. Developed by The University of Tennessee.

Work for Blount County Economic Development Board. Site development of pre phase one of the research and development park. Scope of work consists of 65 acres of clearing, 425,000 cubic yards of earthwork, 20,000 cubic yards rock excavation, 11,150 lineal feet of storm sewer (18"-60") reinforced concrete pipe with 130 catch basins, 7500 lf of waterline (8"-24"), 8,055 lf sanitary sewer (8"-12"), with 32 sewer man holes, asphalt paving, concrete curb and guttering, 80,050 SF of sidewalks and crosswalk paving.

This 25,000 cubic yard project consisted of site clearing, demolition of existing municipal building, site grading, storm and sanitary sewer installation and water line installment. Developed by The City Of Maryville.

Located in Alcoa, TN
Construction of New Air Base Road and drives associated with the new Air National Guard Front Gate. The scope of work includes the relocation of the entrance to the Air National Guard, this project included construction of new fencing around the perimeter along with all site lighting, storm sewer installations and electrical relocation. Work was done for the Blount County Highway Department and Tennessee Air National Guard.

Located at TANG Base in Alcoa, Tennessee.
Scope includes import of approximately 5,000 cubic yards of off-site borrow material, and placement of approximately 7,000 tons of granular back fill for the construction of a 6,000 square foot pre-cost concrete retaining wall. The other scope of work included the placement of 8,000 square yards of sod, cast-in-place concrete and minor storm sewer modifications.
